Final Fantasy XV might have been delayed until November 29 but earlier today Square Enix released three new videos to showcase what the game will be like when you can finally get it. The first video is 53 minutes of gameplay from the Final Fantasy XV master version. For those who missed our story on the game’s delay, Final Fantasy XV is content complete. That means that Square Enix is done making the game and right now they are going to spend the next couple months polishing it and taking care of any bugs that might pop up. The video that you are seeing below is from this master version. This new footage includes Chocobo racing, new monsters, side quests, equipment, ability and magic synthesis systems and the Wait Mode.
The second video is for Brotherhood Final Fantasy XV Episode 4, “Bittersweet Memories”. This is just a trailer for the fourth episode with the full episode being available tomorrow. The fourth episode will focus on the bond of friendship forged between young Ignis and Noctis.
The third video is the opening for Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV. Narrated by Lena Headey (who plays Princess Luna), the prologue sets the stage for the world of Eos, the Kingdom of Lucis and its ruler King Regis (played by Sean Bean). A battle outside the city walls of Insomnia introduces viewers to the elite unit known as the Kingsglaive, and their fearless soldier Nyx (played by Aaron Paul). The CG movie will be available digitally on August 30th.
Take a look at all three videos below and tell us what you think. Will you be picking up Final Fantasy XV when it launches on November 29?
