News: It appears some information has leaked from one of the UK’s biggest gaming retail chain.

”Nintendo

The Nintendo Switch is not being released until next March but a potential price point might have been leaked by a UK retailer. According to UK chain GAME, Nintendo is currently planning on selling the basic model for £199.99. A little while ago there were rumors that were would be both a “basic” model for sale as well as a “deluxe” model. It looks like that might be the case as GAME also has another sku set at £249.99. The more expensive sku would probably include more internal storage as well as a packed in game. Additionally, the Switch Pro Controllers look like they might be going for £39.99.

What does this mean for U.S. gamers though? If these prices turn out to be accurate that means the Nintendo Switch in the United States will theoretically go for $249.99 and $299.99 respectively. Nintendo recently revealed the Nintendo Switch with a nice trailer that you can see below and then after that said they will hold an event on January 12, 2017 where more information will be released. It is assumed that we will be told the release date and the price point at that time as the Nintendo Switch is supposed to launch at some point in March, unless it gets delayed.

What do you think of the Nintendo Switch? Are you going to be picking one up? Are you waiting to hear more details before you make a decision? Tell us what you think below.
