Some new content is coming to the Nintendo eShop in the next few days, including the first big Zelda DLC. Other items include some new games on Switch, a couple of items for Wii U and some sales. The weekly content update on the eShop will be as follows:
Nintendo Switch
GoNNER - GoNNER from Raw Fury and Art in Heart is a challenging, procedurally generated 2D platformer with roguelike elements. The game follows the largely misunderstood and altruistic Ikk on a journey to cheer up his only friend in this world – a giant land-bound whale named Sally – by searching for just the right trinket in the deep and dark places nearby.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Expansion Pass (Available on the eShop for both Switch and Wii U) - The Master Trials - More adventures await in the Master Trials pack, available June 30. By completing the Trial of the Sword challenge, Link will prove that he has grown worthy, and the Master Sword will be awakened to always be in its glowing, powered-up state while usable. Master Mode ups the challenge, Hero’s Path mode tracks 200 hours of footsteps on the map, the Travel Medallion creates a warp point, eight new armor items offer unique effects, and the Korok Mask helps locate Koroks. This content can only be obtained by purchasing the $19.99 Expansion Pass, which also includes The Champion’s Ballad, the second DLC Pack that will be available this holiday season. Full version of the game is required to use this DLC.
ACA NEOGEO Magical Drop II - Justice makes her appearance and even more exhilarating battles are ready to unfold. Control lively, highly expressive characters and enjoy creating amazing combo chains with easy-to-use controls. Challenge a friend and see who has the best puzzle techniques.
Virtual Console on Wii U
Bonk 3 Bonk’s Big Adventure - It’s up to Bonk once again to thwart the plans of the evil King Drool in this TurboGrafx-16 platformer. There are seven rounds scattered throughout the Dinosaur Kingdom, each one filled with fun contraptions and comical enemies. Depending on the situation, you can change your size to bonk your way through a dead end or to get a hard-to-reach item. And if that’s not enough, you can grab a friend and put your heads together to defeat King Drool in the two-player mode.
Devil’s Crush - In this TurboGrafx-16 pinball game, shoot the ball onto the board with the Devil Shooter, and then use flippers to rack up a high score. Complete certain conditions to play up to six different bonus stages. The game’s ominous theme is enhanced by its enemies: wandering skeleton knights, sorcerers and even a giant face that changes from a goddess to a sinister serpent.

Preston Sterling - Preston Sterling is an adventurer, traveler and treasure-hunter all rolled into one. He's normally never afraid of a challenge, but his new job quickly tests him to his limits. Preston's latest task is to find the most mystical artifact in English mythology: Excalibur, the sword of the legendary King Arthur. Little does he know, however, that the hunt for this fabled treasure will involve far more danger than he could ever have imagined.
Nintendo eShop on 3DS
Mighty Gunvolt Burst - Rather than make a direct sequel to their bite-sized 2D action game Mighty Gunvolt from 2014, Inti Creates has made the next installment in the Mighty Gunvolt series a brand new full-sized game that features characters from multiple universes with Gunvolt (Azure Striker Gunvolt) and Beck (Mighty No. 9) taking the stage once again, but in a much deeper and more expansive world that differs greatly from the original in many ways. The new Burst Combo system rewards you for finishing off enemies and bosses up close and personal, and the Dowsing ability triggers the HD Rumble function when you get close to one of the many hidden items/areas in the game.
6180 the moon - 6180 the moon is a platformer game with a unique mechanic. It offers a fresh, unseen game play style by connecting both of upper and bottom screens. This allows in a mechanic with delightfully long jumps and no fear of slipping to death. In addition to the unique gameplay, 6180 the moon delivers a unique storyline. The Sun has gone. The Moon sets off on a journey to find the Sun. Along the journey will be hazardous courses and deep realizations.
