The Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 multiplayer will launch in a few days. There will be two different beta periods in the month of August. The first beta period will begin on August 3 at 10am Pacific and run through August 6 at 10am Pacific. This first beta period will be exclusively for the PlayStation 4. The second beta period will run from August 10 at 10am Pacific through August 13 at 10am Pacific. This second beta will be available for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 gamers.
These are multiplayer betas and the first beta period will feature the following:
10 Playable Specialists
Six maps
Six game modes
New Weapons
New Equipment
Scorestreaks
You can gain access to the multiplayer beta by pre-ordering the game at participating retailers. Additionally, if you are a Comcast customer they are giving beta codes away for free, while supplies last. You will need to log into your Comcast account to acquire the code. It is important to note that this multiplayer beta will not include Blackout, Call of Duty’s version of Battle Royale. There will be a separate Blackout beta that will take place in September.
