Capcom has revealed that three fighters are entering the lineup in Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition. Beginning on August 4th, E. Honda, Lucia, and Poison will be bringing their unique personalities and fighting styles to the game on both PlayStation 4 and Steam. Additionally, E. Honda’s iconic “Honda Sento” bathhouse stage has been modernized for Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition and will also be available on August 4th.
Everyone’s favorite street fighting sumo wrestler, E. Honda rounds out the iconic lineup of original World Warriors included in Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition. Honda’s trademark Sumo Headbutt becomes a much more devastating Onigawara, when his potent V-Trigger is activated. Fair but hard-headed, E. Honda insists on keeping things clean, especially when competing on his home turf – the newly remodeled “Honda Sento” bathhouse.
Officer Lucia Morgan, a detective for the Metro City Police Department who first appeared in Final Fight 3, makes her Street Fighter debut in SFV: AE. Lucia brings the heat with Burning Fight, a powerful V-Trigger that dramatically enhances all her kick-based special moves.
The whip-wielding Poison makes her return to Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition after her previous appearance in Ultra Street Fighter IV. Final Fight’s leading lashing lady busts out Poison Cocktail, a Molotov-inspired V-Trigger that literally blazes through her opponent’s health.
Available starting August 4th, E. Honda, Lucia, and Poison join Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition and bolster the character line-up. Each new character is available for MSRP $5.99 / €5.99 / £4.99 or 100,000 Fight Money. An optional “Summer 2019 Character Bundle” will be available for purchase on August 5th for MSRP $14.99 / €14.99 / £11.99 and will include all three new characters, in addition to each character’s Battle Costume and Default Colors 3-10.
As before, all of the DLC characters in Street Fighter V are earnable completely free of charge through completion of various in-game challenges and receiving earned in-game currency, called Fight Money. For those that can’t wait, in-game content can be obtained instantly using real money.
