News: A new indie game has just been revealed that invokes nostalgia from two very popular fighting franchises.

”Kung

An interesting new game was announced earlier today titled Kung Fu Jesus. Kung Fu Jesus is the type of heady hallucinogenic cocktail you might end up with if you threw Blade Runner, Ninja Gaiden and LSD: Dream Emulator into a blender and chugged the entire resulting concoction.

The game is the brainchild of Glaswegian musician Craig "Kung Fu Jesus" Snape, who has enjoyed critical acclaim and BBC airplay for music created under the same moniker, before designing, coding and scoring this title as a one-man project.

From a seedy underworld to the spiritual plane, join Kung Fu Jesus on a psychedelic genre-busting action-adventure like no other. You will enter a madcap world of organized crime, alternate dimensions, and intense martial arts - where gods and men co-exist, and where little is as it seems.

Kung Fu Jesus has a unique style all of its own but still manages to invoke memories of the kind of classic brawlers we all grew up playing, such as Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat. Check out the trailer below and tell us what you think.
