It has been rumored for a long time but now it is official, God of War (2018) is headed to PC. Previously a PlayStation exclusive, PC gamers will now get to experience Kratos’s epic journey with this son Atreus. God of War on PC will feature the option of true 4K resolution on supported devices with unlocked framerates. The PC version will also include a wide range of graphical presets and options so that you can fine-tune your visual experience based on your PC. Among some of the options will be higher resolution shadows and improved screen space reflections to enhancements to the ambient occlusion pipeline with GTAO and SSDO.
Sony also revealed that they will have full integration with NVIDIA Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS) available on RTX. This means that you won’t have to sacrifice high graphical settings and output resolutions. If your PC can handle it, you should be able to have it all in God of War. God of War on PC will also feature NVIDIA Reflex low latency technology.
For those wondering about monitor support, they have you covered as well. They will be offering 21:9 ultra-widescreen support for God of War.
