Scorn Will Arrive on Xbox Series X|S and PC Earlier Than Anticipated

News: A new horror game is on its way to Xbox, Game Pass, and PC a week earlier than originally planned.

Good news for people looking forward to Scorn as it has been revealed that it will be arriving a week earlier than expected. We usually hear about when games get delayed so hearing one will arrive ahead of schedule is a breath of fresh air. Scorn is from developer Ebb Software and publisher Kepler Interactive and is a horror game arriving just in time for Halloween.

Scorn takes players into an isolated, strange, dream-like world. Left unguided to fend for themselves, players must explore Scorn’s interconnected bio-labyrinth, learning its rules and mastering grotesque puzzles along the way as they come to understand their own predicament.

By uncovering secrets and gathering the strange bio-mechanical tools that seem to have been used by the civilization that previously called this world home, surviving might just be possible. Finding the truth, however, is an entirely different question.

An Ancient Alien World - Explore a visually impactful world walled with flesh and chitin, vast spaces populated by strange characters and the desolate, haunting imagery that populates Scorn’s world. Though it may appear to be dead, everything in the world has a purpose.

Full Immersion - Experience total immersion in Scorn’s dream-like world with total body awareness. Objects are picked up with your hands and machines are visibly operated.

Discover Devious Puzzles - With many of its doors locked, the only way forward in Scorn is to piece together the workings of its various contraptions. Use various items and skills to work through puzzles with unclear consequences and progress through Scorn.

Pick Your Fights - With only three weapons to defend yourself with and a limited supply of ammunition, every fight in Scorn needs to be approached with resources in mind. Fire off too many shots at an abomination that is no threat and you may not have the means to defend yourself later.
