Star Wars Jedi: Survivor originally was only released on the current generation of consoles. Those who are still using the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One as their main consoles however haven’t had a chance to play the latest Star Wars game from EA until now. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will arrive on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 beginning on September 17. To help celebrate the occasion Respawn has released footage of this upcoming version. It should be noted that this footage was captured on a PlayStation 4 Pro.
In this five-minute showcase, Jedi Knight Cal Kestis faces off against the Empire’s forces in the bowels of Coruscant, navigates the treacherous mountain paths and Shattered Moon of Koboh, and weathers the desert sands of Jedha with Nightsister Merrin by his side. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor targets 1080p 30FPS on PS4 Pro, 1440p 30FPS on Xbox One X, 900p 30FPS for PS4, and 720p 30FPS on Xbox One.
The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One editions of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will sell for the suggested retail price of $49.99 and have been optimized for the previous generation’s console hardware, letting even more players across the globe experience a galactic epic set in the beloved Star Wars galaxy. Cal Kestis’ latest adventure first released to critical acclaim in 2023 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
Players can pre-order Star Wars Jedi: Survivor on these platforms before September 17 to receive free cosmetic items including the Hermit Cosmetic (inspired by Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi), Hermit Lightsaber Set, and Combustion Blaster Set.
