Special: Welcome to Sony Target; enjoy your stay!

Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls and children of all ages, Welcome to Sony Target. My name is Omer Ali and I will be your ringleader for the new Sony Target section. As many of you know or don't know Sony Target is the newest section to join the ever-growing Gaming Target family. The new launch of Gaming Target could not have come at a more crucial time. With many of our fellow video game news and reviews sites going out of business, Gaming Target is back in business bigger and better than ever.

Sony Target is not the only new section, Sega Target and Nintendo Target have also been revamped and have been made brand spankin' new. The other two Editors in Chiefs Alan Rumpf (Nintendo Target) and Eric Terrell (Sega Target) will be giving you your weekly fix of Nintendo and Sega news. All the staff here at the Sony section are really looking forward to the Next Generation wars that we will have with Sega and Nintendo. Of course these wars will be rather short in length since Sony PSOne and PS2 have an entirely better arsenal of products. But don't tell that to Sega and Nintendo Target, because they're still in denial about PS2 being a vastly superior system. Remember you didn't hear it from me.

At Sony Target you will be seeing many new faces that will bring you the latest news on Sony PSOne, PS2, products, and its developers. Along with myself a start-studded cast will be joining me in the blockbuster that is Sony Target. Jeremy Scott and AJ LaSaracina will be your weekly article writers, and Adam Westenberger will be our daily news reporter, who will bring you up to date information on the Sony game industry. As for myself I will be doing a compilation of both articles and news as well as editorials and, most importantly, making sure that the voices of our readers and fans are heard all throughout Gaming Target.

If you want your voice to be heard you should join our ever-growing community. It's simple to register, just click on register. It's that simple. Once you're a part of our community you can take part in our forums and post your thoughts and ideas regarding the video game industry or our site. In the chat rooms you find other fans and readers with whom to share your thoughts with. And every so often you will run into some of the staff members here at Gaming Target, maybe even me. And you can drop some mail in our mailbag and give us some ideas on how to improve the site or some games or products that you would like to see reviewed.

We still have a lot of ground to cover, but I'm sure that with our readers and fans help we will reach our destination in no time. As we say here at Gaming Target УWe Aim to GameФ.

Sincerely,
Omer Ali
Editor in Chief
Sony Target
