Final Fantasy Week: It's about FF'n time!!!

All through video game history there have been games that have outlasted the test of time and come forth through the darkness to emerge as the survivors. Games such as Super Mario, Sonic the Hedgehog, and Mega Man were all born along time ago and have grown up quite a bit, and come blazing through into the millennium. Joining these surviving tiles in the next-gen consoles is Final Fantasy. Squaresofts flagship title has been one of the best selling video game titles in history, to date the Final Fantasy franchise has sold over 30million copies worldwide.

After such along run it's only appropriate that this mega RPG title gets its own week devoted to it. This week we will look at where Final Fantasy has been and where it is going. Of course the reason that Final Fantasy is getting this week in particular devoted to it is because the movie, Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within, is being released this Wednesday July 11, 2001. If you don't already know this, well then you need to stop your fantasizing.

But we here at Gaming Target want to hear from you our fans and readers. We would like to know what you think of Final Fantasy and where it has been and where it is going. And also tell us what you think of the movie when it comes out, we'd love to hear your comments. Final Fantasy is truly one of the video game survivors. It has wowed us with great and grandiose storylines and breathtaking graphics. For all us fans the fantasy will never truly end. From all of us here at Gaming Target, enjoy Final Fantasy Week.
