First Impressions: Memories...In the corner of my mind...
Midway once ruled the video arcades. In fact, from the beginning of gaming history Midway has been at the top of the heap. Last fall's Midway Arcade Treasures reminded us of their climb to the top and this fall's sequel, the aptly titled Midway Arcade Treasures 2, will take us back to their glory days.
Now, you are probably asking, "What games does Midway still have up their sleeve? They've already shown us more than twenty arcade classics. What else is left?" You fool. There was an arcade craze in the early 1990s, remember? You want a break down of what MAT2 is including for your gaming pleasure? Well, have at it.

There are a lot of titles here that rocked, broke down walls and reinvented the idea of what a videogame could be. Midway Arcade Treasures 2 will capture all of the original glory, complete with emulated graphics and sound, for us to enjoy at home. As a side note, Midway rocks for throwing in the first three Mortal Kombat games. Most publishers would disrespect game players by charging $20 for each of the three titles. Okay, maybe they'd be nice and charge $30 for a package of all three. However, Midway has stepped up and thrown in their marquee titles as part of this package. It's nice to see a game publisher step up and do something special for the fans. 'Bout time, eh?
