News: THQ is putting it's weight behind the Xbox Next.

THQ announced today that they are working on two exclusive games for the Xbox Next. Both games will be handled by internal THQ studios. One will come from Volition, who were responsible for this year's Punisher game and the Red Faction series. Relic Entertainment, a formerly PC-only developer, will handle the other game. PC fans will surely know their work: the Homeworld series and Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War.

"Microsoft's next-generation technology will enable a level of realism never before experienced by gamers," said Jack Sorensen, executive vice president of worldwide studios, THQ. "The teams at Relic and Volition have been working closely with the development team at Microsoft to ensure that our titles utilize the new system to its fullest potential."

No release dates, titles, or any other information was released by THQ. We'll have more when something real appears.
