News: Everyone's favorite platforming dragon is back
VU Games has announced that Spyro the Dragon will be breathing fire on the DS this fall in Spyro: Shadow Legacy. The game will be developed by Amaze and add RPG elements to Spyro for the first time.
Spyro will earn experience by defeating enemies which he can use to upgrade magical or physical powers. Using the touch screen much like Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrows, in Spyro "players can draw symbols to cast spells or use the second screen as an overhead map."
Players will also be able to use the DS to trade collectible creatures with other Spyro fans in the nearby area.
