News: Yee-haw! I'm a gonna hit that tree with some new FlatOut 2 info.

FlatOut 2 was announced just days after the first FlatOut was released. The developers were so proud they wanted to get the word out on their 2006 racer as soon as possible. Today, they've revealed a little bit more about FlatOut 2.

FlatOut 2 is coming to the PS2, Xbox and PC and will offer online play for all. Xbox and PC owners can have up to eight players, while PS2 owners are limited to six-player online play.

The biggest expansion of FlatOut 2 is 12 new Rag Doll games and the creation of the Rag Doll Championship. To add to this, the Crash True engine used in the first game has been tweaked to create more realistic crashes. What will they think of next?

New Destruction Derby arenas round out the list of known new features.

FlatOut 2 will be published in America by VU Games and is being developed by Bugbear.
