News: Capcom brings the popular-to-port Street Fighter Alpha 3 to the PSP.

Street Fighter Alpha 3 has appeared on a bunch of different platforms over the years. PSone, Game Boy Advance and Dreamcast, it's seen a lot of life since its arcade days.

Now Capcom has announced they are bringing the fight to North American PSPs this February in the form of Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max.

Max includes all of the original fighters from SFA3 and features an expanded roster with Yun, Maki and Eagle from Capcom vs. SNK 2 and Ingrid from Capcom Fighting Evolution.

A ton of fighting modes make SFA3M a whole new game including:

Arcade Mode pits the player in a series of matches against CPU controlled opponents.

Survival Mode: Battle against a series of enemies until getting KO'd.

Dramatic Battle Mode lets players team up with a CPU controlled character to fight an enemy.

And fight the final boss in Final Battle Mode.

Five Ad-Hoc network modes will also be available in Max:

Go mano-a-mano with any playable character in Versus Mode.

Select a team of three characters and engage in a series of team battles with Team Battle Mode.

Versus Dramatic Battle Mode: Mix and match the combinations of brawlers as gamers can stack the deck against an opponent with 2 characters-on-1 character matches.

Verses Variable Battle Mode: Participate in infinite tag team competitions.

League Battle Mode: Allows a maximum of eight players to duke it out in round-robin mini tournaments.

We'll have more on Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max soon.
