News: Square's Action RPG gets a sequel.

Drakengard, one of the first games to materialize out of the Square-Enix marriage, was not well received by gamers. So when Drakengard 2 was released in Japan earlier this year, it was doubtful the game would travel to American shores. I guess Ubisoft thought otherwise because today they and Square-Enix struck a deal for Ubisoft to bring Drakengard 2 to American (and European) PS2s in March 2006.

Drakengard 2 takes place 18 years after the first game and follows a new character, Nowe, on another epic adventure.

We'll have more on Drakengard 2 very soon.
