News: Screenshots of the first Revolution game, a bloody-violent FPS from Ubisoft.

Game Informer today revealed the cover story for their May issue, a Revolution exclusive FPS from Ubisoft titled Red Steel.

While the Game Informer post didn't go into many details about the game (they want you to buy the magazine after all), we know a little. It's being created by the newly formed Ubisoft Paris, which is made up of developers who worked on games like Prince of Persia, Far Cry Instincts, Ghost Recon, and Splinter Cell.

Of course, this reveal didn't just come out of the blue. Leaked scans of the magazine (including the first screenshots of any Revolution game ever) have shown up on the Endangered Gamer blog. Needless to say, they look awesome. They also show how the Revolution controller can be used to point the gun on screen.

But now it makes me wonder, will every "big" game for the Revolution be a First Person Shooter?
