News: Ubisoft takes up arms during World War II again.
Ubisoft today officially announced the third Brothers in Arms game, subtitled Hell's Highway. The game is currently scheduled for a Winter 2006 release on the PS3, PC and Xbox 360.
BIA: Hell's Highway will place players in the center of Operation Market-Garden, the largest airborne operation of World War II. They will once again be able to control the 101st Airborne Division in a squad-based shooter.
"With Brothers In Arms Hell's Highway, Gearbox is investing everything to take next-generation gaming to an entirely new level," said Randy Pitchford, president of Gearbox Software. "For Brothers In Arms Hell's Highway, the Unreal Engine 3 powers real next-generation graphics and the most intense, action-oriented recreation of true history ever offered as interactive entertainment."
Ubisoft has also confirmed that readers of OXM will get the first look at the game with the May issue, which hit newsstands yesterday.
