News: Nintendo has one more trick up their sleeve.

In a special press conference Wednesday night, Nintendo revealed the last trick up their sleeve: Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

Reports from the conference say that four new characters will appear in Brawl: Wario, Pit from Kid Icarus, Zero Suit Samus and... Solid Snake. Yes, Konami's favorite son will appear in Brawl with Hideo Kojima's compliments.

The game is also no longer being considered a launch title, but will appear sometime in 2007 instead.

And in the biggest shocker, director Masahiro Sakurai said that the game will be able to be played entirely with the GameCube controller (or presumably the Wii Classic Controller as well) because they don't want to mess with the simplicity of the series.

We'll have more on Super Smash Bros. Brawl soon.
