News: Another sport goes BIG as EA expands their Street offerings.

With new volumes of NBA Street and NFL Street already scheduled for next year, EA has decided to expand the line by announcing FIFA Street. SIFA Street will be developed by EA Canada, the same EA offshoot that puts out FIFA Soccer every year.

FIFA Street will be a 4-on-4 game that utilizes the style of freestyle "football" and will feature 1-on-1 matchups where the idea is to use all of your skills to beat the other guy and get past him for the goal.

"What FIFA STREET represents is a movement in football and a break from the modern game," says Wil Mozell, senior producer for the project. "We are stripping the sport down to its core and delivering a game that's all about freestyle attitude and individual skill, something I believe is at the heart of every football fan."

FIFA Street will be available for the PS2, Xbox and GameCube sometime next year.
