EA has officially announced that a third volume of NBA Street will be hitting store shelves sometime in early 2005 for the PS2, Xbox and GameCube. No real details were revealed except that the game will once again be developed by EA Canada and published by EA Sports Big. Then there was the usual pronouncement that the sequel will be bigger and more over-the-top and larger-than-life.
"NBA Street V3 is a celebration of the culture and inventive style of street basketball," says Wil Mozell, senior producer for the project. "We're excited to continue to push the possibilities of customization, self-expression, and creativity in the new school revolution of hoops."
