News: Ubisoft gives the Prince a new name.
Ubisoft has used this week's Euopean Games Network expo to announce the official title of Prince of Persia 2. When the game releases this November for the PS2, Xbox and GameCube it will be known as Prince of Persia: Warrior Within.
"The title Prince of Persia Warrior Within clearly reflects who the new Prince is Ц an awakened Master Warrior," said John Parkes, UK Marketing. "He's not the young, naive Prince he was on his first adventure. He is now a warrior of unmatched skills, with a dark heart and a penchant for pain. Knowing his fated death is imminent, the Prince must summon the powers within him to defend what no enemy can take away Ц his life."
