News: Want some next-gen soccer? Then you gotta get a 360.

Amidst the flurry of press releases that came out of the Leipzig Games Convention, one got completely lost in the shuffle. In what is probably the biggest announcement to our European friends, Microsoft has announced that the Xbox 360 will be the only next-gen console that Winning Eleven 2007 and FIFA 07 will appear on for the next 12 months.

The two games, which are being rebuilt from the ground up for next-generation play will appear on the PS3 and the Wii in late summer 2007 at the earliest.

If this doesn't sell 360s in Japan, nothing will.
