News: Nintendo Power has the goods on all things Nintendo.

The February 2007 issue of Nintendo Power has a ton of new details on several upcoming Wii, DS and GBA games. While all of these games were known to be in development before, this issue provides some of the first meat of a nice 2007 for Nintendo.

First, it was confirmed that Activision is bringing Transformers: The Movie to the Wii. The DS will also get, not one, but two, versions of the live action debut of the 80s cartoon classic.

Next, D3 Publisher has confirmed they are bringing the third Naruto: Ninja Council game to North American DSes soon. The game will feature a lot of DS-specific features, including microphone and touchscreen support, as well as incorporating over 20 playable ninjas.

Thirdly, Shrek the Third is (not surprisingly) coming to all three Nintendo systems. Shaba Games will be responsible for the Wii release while handheld heroes Vicarious Visions are working on the DS and GBA versions.

Finally, EA talked a little about the Wii-exclusive version of The Sims, currently known as My Sims. The game will sport a more cartoonish look than previous Sims games, which Nintendo Power compared to Lego characters.

We'll have more on all of these games soon.
