The March 2007 issue of Nintendo Power has pulled back the curtain on a bit of big Wii news.
Super Paper Mario, which has been unofficially officially shifted to the Wii for a while now, has been given an April release on Nintendo's new console. With the upgrade to the Wii will come new Wiimote controls and an enhanced graphical presentation.
Meanwhile, Necro-Nesia, a Wii launch title in Japan, will be coming to America this Spring courtesy of Eidos. It will also be renamed the more American-flavored Escape From Bug Island. A suitable title for a game that uses the Wiimote as a stick to smack around mutant bugs.
