News: But you're not going to like how much they cost.
The first batch of downloadable content for Guitar Hero II has hit the Xbox Marketplace and fans of Guitar Hero 1 will either be pleased or pissed.
RedOctane has uploaded three music packs containing three songs each. Each pack retails for 500 Microsoft Points or about $2.00 a song. The packs include the following songs:
Guitar Hero Track Pack 1
Bark at the Moon as made famous by Ozzy Osbourne
Hey You as made famous by The Exies
Ace of Spades as made famous by Motorhead
Guitar Hero Track Pack 2
Killer Queen as made famous by Queen
Take it Off as made famous by The Donnas
Frankenstein as made famous by The Edgar Winter Group
Guitar Hero Track Pack 3
Higher Ground as made famous by Red Hot Chili Peppers
Infected as made famous by Bad Religon
Stellar as made famous by Incubus
All of these songs previously appeared on the first Guitar Hero game, so if you already own that game, RedOctane is essentially asking for your money again.
