Lost Planet: Extreme Condition

Written by John Scalzo  on June 15, 2007

News: The Xbox 360 shooter gets new content next week.

Capcom has passed along the news that they will release Map Pack #3 for Lost Planet: Extreme Condition next Thursday, June 21st. The pack will be available for 400 Microsoft Points and it will include three maps:

  • Lost Technology, a throw-back to the good ol' days of pixelated 8-bit gaming
  • Ruins, ancient temples set amidst a lush jungle
  • Ice Drop, a frigid glacier with lots of peaks, nooks and crannies.

Oh, and did I mention that "Lost Technology" looks like more fun than a barrel full of Koopas? Click the screenshot below to see it and 17 other new screens from Map Pack #3:

Capcom also confirmed they are working on a connectivity patch, which they expect to have ready in July.
