Wet washes up on Xbox 360, PS3 @ Gaming Target

News: Wet promises acrobatic ninjas, guns and swords.

Sierra has announced they will be bringing the A2M-developed title Wet to the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 sometime in the near future.

Wet will star Rubi, an "acrobatic gun-for-hire" that is hired by a man to look for his missing son. Soon, she is double-crossed and on-the-run with guns blazing in every direction.

From the sound of it, Wet is attempting to merge Tomb Raider's sexy heroine with twin guns-style with Prince of Persia's acrobatic swordplay. Just take a look at the feature list:

Innovative 3rd person shooter gameplay: With her trusty twin custom made Colt Pythons, Rubi gracefully engages in amazing, cinematic high-body count gunplay against diverse and challenging enemies.

Acrobatics: Along with her guns, Rubi has an arsenal of death-defying acrobatic moves. Her incredible agility allows her to climb on ledges, slide under obstacles, swing on poles and run along walls.

Swordplay: Rubi's sword is an instrument for deadly close-quarter proximity attacks. Rubi will unleash a flurry of multi-staged stylized attack sequences.

Wet currently has no release date, but we'll let you know when Sierra turns on the information faucet.
