Trivia: Mike Tyson's Punch Out!! (NES)


  • Mario has a cameo as the referee.

  • Part of the first wave of Nintendo's Player's Choice line on the NES.

  • When Nintendo re-released the game as part of their Player's Choice line, Mike Tyson was replaced by the fictional Mr. Dream since Nintendo's appearance license for Tyson had expired. The game was retitled "Punch-Out!!".
