News: Sega is ready to bring the VF series to the Xbox 360.



Sega has announced that Virtua Fighter 5 for the Xbox 360 has gone gold and is ready to ship to stores on October 30. This fifth edition of the series is the first to hit an Xbox platform and the first to offer online play.



Sega has also released a demo of the game on Xbox Live today. The demo inlucdes both single-player and Versus play (but sadly, not online).

Four playable characters can be selected in either mode including Akira, Sarah, Eileen and the luchadore El Blaze. Three playable stages are also included: Arena (El Blaze's stage), Deep Mountain (Lei-Fei's stage) and Island (Jeffrey's stage).
