News: It's coming for the PS2, PSP, Xbox 360, Wii and PC.
Crave has announced that they are bringing a game based on the Professional Bull Riders circuit to the PS2, PSP, Xbox 360, Wii and PC in October 2008. The game will be developed by D2C Games and it will let players play as both bull riders and the bull.
Crave has said the PSP version will be offered as a PSP download, one of the first titles confirmed for the PSP store since it was announced by Sony at their Gamer's Day in May.
Professional Bull Riders will include "10 three-round events in multiple locations, including New York, Anaheim, and Atlanta." Players will be able to play as one of the top riders, including Guilherme Marchi, Justin McBride, and Chris Shivers, or they will be able to create their own. And yes, Create-A-Bull will also be an option.
A Season Mode will feature unlockable riders and bulls and Crave promises the game will feature "intuitive controls" as players struggle to stay on for their eight seconds as a rider or attempt to buck them off as a bull.
"PBR has a dedicated fan base and the sport is poised to become the next NASCAR," said Rob Dyer, President of Crave Entertainment. "Capturing the intricacies, adrenaline rushes and excitement of professional bull riding is paramount to the success of the games."
We'll have more on Professional Bull Riders soon.
