News: Kotaku source suggests the above. More inside.

Kotaku is reporting on the possible closure of EA Chicago, the studio responsible for Fight Night Round 3 and Def Jam: Icon. A recent post on the blog says СAccording to a reliable industry tipster, EA Chicago is closing its doors. Here's our info in full:
Just heard from some friends still working at EA Chicago that the studio is being closed. A company meeting to announce this is going on right now. Also, the Def Jam Icon sequel is canceled. No word on who will be finishing the Marvel fighting game. Roughly 170 people work at EA Chicago now.'

What with this being a rumour and all, take it with a pinch of salt. However, what does this mean for the alleged new Def Jam game and Marvel Fighting Game? Keep your eyes peeledЕ
