News: It's called Fragile and it's by the makers of Eternal Sonata, apparently.
Weekly Japanese magazine Famitsu has reported Namco Bandai is releasing a RPG on the Wii called Fragile, from the makers of Eternal Sonata. The game is currently under works at Tri-Crescendo with design work taking place across the road at Namco, with the development team that brought us Venus and Braves.
The game, which will take place in the near future, has players taking control of Seto, a young boy who has to explore a post-apocalyptic world looking for its survivors. Thus far, enemies are only known as ghosts. Wii Remote controls have not yet been detailed Ц though so far we do know it can be used as a flashlight Ц nor has the rest of the game. However, the game is 30% complete and is expected to be released in 2008 in Japan.
The
website also details the dates November 22, 24 and 26, when the full site will be launched, hopefully bringing with it a lot of game details. We'll keep you updated.
