News: Here's what Japanese gamers like to play on their Xbox 360s.



The newest issue of Famitsu has a look at the sales figures of Xbox 360 games from the system's launch through December 9, 2007.

Some things are surprising (The Elder Scrolls IV sold more copies than Eternal Sonata and Lost Odyssey) while other things are not (Blue Dragon is the top-selling game).

While the top selling game has only sold a little over 200,000 copies, it's important to note that only 267,000 Xbox 360 consoles were sold in Japan in 2007. And only 535,000 have been sold over the system's lifetime. So while Microsoft is still lagging well behind the PS3 and the Wii in Japan, they have made great strides since the days of the original Xbox.
