News: PS3 could possibly have an in game XMB in the works.

The internet rumour mill is a wonderful thing. Everyday millions of gamers hopes are created, crushed or granted, with a variety of rumours spread daily.

The latest to hit the mill is TripleTags latest tip from 'nameless', which provides an interesting image of PS3 with in game XMB.

The photo provided shows the rumoured in game PS3 'menu' in the works, possibly meaning you don't have to quit your game to reply to personal messages.

Of course, this is all still rumours. It just seems a very realistic one. I think it would be a great step in the right direction if Sony where to go ahead with an in game XMB. It's these little things that make the Xbox 360 dashboard service so much more interactive and inventive. Yes, it does seem like Sony are just following Microsoft's lead, but right now they need to!
