EA brings funny fighter FaceBreaker to Xbox 360, PS3, Wii @ Gaming Target

Do you miss the antics of Punch-Out!!? Well does EA have a game for you. They have announced that they will be throwing their hat back into the boxing ring this year with FaceBreaker. Developed by EA Canada, FaceBreaker is not a new game in the Fight Night series, but is instead a funny take on the sweet science.

FaceBreaker will not feature real boxers, but instead, colorful personalities like Romeo, a "Latin lover known for his pelvic thrusts," and Molotov, an "oversized Russian demolitions expert with a penchant for fighting dirty." Sounds a lot like Don Flamenco and Soda Popinski doesn't it? Players will also be able to put themselves in the game by uploading a photo of themselves with EA's Photo Game Face mode.

FaceBreaker will also include "real-time facial deformation." While raining blows upon your opponent, their face will change to show the punishment. EA has also said fighters will be able to flaunt their talent by tying one hand behind their back to "add ultimate humiliation to your bout." So awesome.
