News: Portal, Half-Life 2, and Team Fortress 2 to be sold individually.

Why would Valve want to release this awesome collection of games individually? Possibly to fill up store shelves or most likely to give gamers with a horrible internet connection a chance to play only the games they want to play. Whatever the reasoning is, Valve has confirmed to Joystiq that gamers can purchase their favorite individual Orange Box (Half-Life 2: Episode Two, Portal and Team Fortress 2) games at stores on April 9th.

Stay tuned to Gaming Target for more info on these games including prices.
