Birdo: Win 250 WiFi races or play 16 different Time Trail courses.
Bowser Jr.: Earn one star ranking in every 50cc Retro Cup.
Daisy: Win the 150cc Special Cup.
Diddy Kong: Win the 50cc Lightning Cup.
