News: If you haven't jumped into Gears of War yet, now's your chance.



Microsoft has announced that a new two-disc Special Edition of Gears of War will be released for the Xbox 360 on June 24. This will come on the heels of a June 4th price drop for both the PC and Xbox 360 versions of the game. Both Xbox 360 versions will now be available for $39.99, while the PC version will only set you back $29.99.

Here's a list of the bonus content you can expect to find on the second disc of the Special Edition:

Gears of War
  • Map Packs 1 & 2
  • Theme - 'Emergence Day'
  • Gamer Pics - 'Gears of War,' 'Emergence Day'

    Gears of War 2
