News: First details of the new James Bond game.

Activision and its in-house development studio Treyarch have been working on the next James Bond game for a while now and it looks like news about the game is finally starting to leak out of the company.

CVG has posted some of the first details on Quantum of Solace (which were originally published in GameMaster magazine), which will be making its way to the PC, PlayStation 3, Wii and Xbox 360 alongside the movie later this year. The game will include levels from both Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace, including that awesome foot case from the beginning of Casino Royale. It will mostly take place in a first-person perspective, but the camera will pull out to third person during certain action sequences.

The game will also make extensive use of Quick Time Events (i.e. "Press the A-button now to take down this enemy!"), like those seen in Resident Evil 4. We'll have more on James Bond: Quantum of Solace as it develops.
