News: October and November will be busy months.

Activision has announced that Call of Duty: World at War will be released for the DS, PC, PlayStation 3, Wii and Xbox 360 on November 11. A PlayStation 2 version of the next Call of Duty game was previously said to be in development, but it appears to have been cancelled.

In other release news, Electronic Arts has announced that Dead Space, the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 space horror game, will have its release date moved up to October 14. The PC version is still scheduled for an October 21 release. This means the game will release two weeks ahead of the Direct-To-DVD prequel movie, Dead Space: Downfall.

We'll have more soon.
