News: Give me fuel, give me fire, give me the songs that I desire.

Why wait for Activision to announce more details on Guitar Hero: Metallica? The band themselves have revealed the full tracklist to the game in a post on their official website. 28 Metallica songs and 21 songs from other bands make up the soundtrack. And PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 gamers who have previously downloaded the Death Magnetic album for Guitar Hero III/Guitar Hero: World Tour will be able to import those songs into Guitar Hero: Metallica as part of the career mode.

Since PlayStation 2 and Wii owners are unable to download Death Magnetic, those versions of the game will include three songs from the album: "Broken Beat & Scarred", "Cyanide" and "My Apocalypse."
