News: Wings, Bob Seger (including "Old Time Rock and Roll") and an Acoustic Track Pack.
Activision has revealed the downloadable song schedule for February for Guitar Hero: World Tour. While they still have yet to match Harmonix and Rock Band for their frequency in releasing songs, here's what Guitar Hero owners can look forward to:
February 12 - Acoustic Track Pack
Incubus - "Drive"
The Shins - "New Slang"
Ryan Adams - "Wonderwall"
February 19 - Wings Track Pack
"Junior's Farm"
"Hi Hi Hi"
"Jet"
February 26 - Bob Seger Track Pack
"Old Time Rock and Roll"
"Her Strut"
"Get Out of Denver" (Live)
"Old Time Rock and Roll" is the song that's been featured in all of those Guitar Hero: World Tour commercials and it's about time it made its way into the game.
All three Track Packs will be available on the Xbox 360 for 440 Microsoft Points ($5.50) and on the PlayStation 3 for $5.49. The songs in each Track Pack will also be released individually on the Xbox 360 for 160 Microsoft Points ($2), PS3 for $1.99 and Wii for 200 Wii Points ($2).
