American McGee goes down the rabbit hole for Alice 2 @ Gaming Target

News: If you say 'American McGee' 3 times in front of a mirror at midnight, Strawberry Shortcake will jump out and kill you.

Almost ten years ago, Electronic Arts published American McGee's Alice, a reimagining of the Alice in Wonderland story that recreated the events as Alice's delusions after she was committed to an insane asylum. Since then, American McGee, a former id Software employee and one of the driving forces behind the classic Quake, has done little of note. But Alice is still remembered fondly.

And because of that he is returning to his most famous creation by announcing his Spicy Horse development team will be creating American McGee's Alice 2 for the PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

No release date for American McGee's Alice 2 was revealed.
