News: God of War, Patapon, SOCOM: Tactical Strike and 7 others can now be had for $20.

Sony is committed to bringing the PSP back into the spotlight in 2009, and to help make that happen, they have greatly incresed the system's budget line of Greatest Hits games.

Ten new games can now be had for $19.99 and they include some of the PSP's best (and some of our favorites), including God of War: Chains of Olympus and Patapon.

Here's the full list of new Greatest Hits games:

  • God of War: Chains of Olympus
"Even in its smaller, portable form, this 1 could take on 300. That's because the development of God of War: Chains of Olympus was handled by Ready at Dawn, the studio that brought PSP owners the equally successful Daxter. If you're not familiar with this game's PS2 predecessors, this prequel has a story that's full of Greek mythology, lots of gore and narration like Warner Bros.' epic movie. However, instead of a small army, the Spartan warrior Kratos takes on the Persians single handedly."

  • Patapon
"Patapon is a game that's hard to put down, yet very easy to throw down. There are many difficult levels in which you'll nearly break your PSP out of frustration. However, players who are determined and people who have natural rhythm will see this unique handheld title to УEarthend.Ф That's the name of the location where you lead a tribe of one-eyed, two-dimensional creatures as a drum-beating god."
