News: Wait, this one's real. But only on the Xbox 360.

Bethesda has announced that for the next week, all of the downloadable content for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion on the Xbox Live Marketplace will be available at half price, except for the infamous Horse Armor Pack.

Yes, worthwhile content like The Knights of the Nine (400 Microsoft Points/$5), The Vile Lair (75 Microsoft Points/94 cents) or Shivering Isles (1200 Microsoft Points/$15) is now available on the cheap for Oblivion owners. So if you didn't pick it up before, this week is the week to do it.

And what about the horse armor that caused gamers to howl when it was made available for 200 Microsoft Points ($2.50)? For the next week, the price has double to 400 Microsoft Points ($5).

Good gag Bethesda.
