News: Sony actually pushes up Infamous. Time to celebrate.
A trio of games get release dates as 2009 has become the summer of boxing while a new PlayStation 3 game will become famous a month earlier.
But first up, Microsoft has announced this week's addition (on Wednesday, April 14) to the Xbox Live Arcade: OutRun Online Arcade. The high definition remake of Sega's arcade classic will include online play and be priced at a wallet-friendly 800 Microsoft Points ($10). I'm so there.
Meanwhile, Sony has announced a release date for the Sucker Punch-developed open world game Infamous. Previously set for June, the game has been officially penicled in for a May 26 release date. Reverse delays are the best.
And according to Sony, gamers that pre-order Infamous will receive a code to get early access to the game's demo. Pre-order customers will be able to download it on May 7 while the mere mortals who don't want to part with their cash will have to wait until May 21.
Finally, Electronic Arts has revealed that
Fight Night Round 4, the PS3 and Xbox 360 continuation to the Fight Night series, will be released on June 30.
We'll have more soon.
