News: Nothing unexpected, but no Sonic games, yet.
It's never too early to think about E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo). The 2009 edition of the ultimate video game trade show runs from June 2 through June 4 and companies are already gearing up demos and details of the new projects they'll have on hand.
Sega has announced a partial E3 lineup through, of all places, the company's official Twitter account. The tweet reveals that the following Sega games will definitely be on display at E3 2009:
Alpha Protocol (PC, PS3, Xbox 360)
Bayonetta (PS3, Xbox 360)
The Conduit (Wii)
Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games (DS, Wii)
Planet 51 (DS, PS3, Wii, Xbox 360)
Vancouver 2010 (PC, PS3, Xbox 360)
All of these titles have already been announced by Sega, so there's little in the way of surprises, so far at least. Sega being Sega, a new Sonic the Hedgehog game is probably in the works and then there's the matter of the three different games based on the Aliens license the company is working.
But I guess we'll learn more when Sega releases their full E3 09 lineup.
