News: Now with 25% more content.

LucasArts and Traveller's Tales have announced that Indiana Jones will be Lego-ized once again Lego Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues. The game, which will be developed by the same team that created the first Lego Indiana Jones, will be released on the DS, PC, PlayStation 3, PSP, Wii and Xbox 360 this Fall.

Lego Indiana Jones 2 will take the four movies in the Indiana Jones series (yes, even Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull) and transform them into a Lego adventure. As the first three games already received the Lego treatment in the first game, LucasArts plans to make this one a bit different by including a level creator as well. Shades of LittleBigPlanet perhaps?

Still, "25% new content!" sounds like a tag line more appropriate for an expansion pack or Greatest Hits/Platinum Hits re-release than a full-fledged sequel.
